Job Purpose
To assist with ensuring high levels of administrative and clerical service and support are
provided to the Human Resources & Corporate Services Team
To assist with all aspects of human resources and organisational development
Main Objectives of Post
To support the development and implementation of efficient systems of administration,
data recording and office management in order to provide a high quality working
environment and service to members.
Principal Duties
Services
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources and Corporate
Services Team
Deal with day to day colleague enquiries both in person and by telephone
Provide support in the organisation of meetings and events
Carry out data recording, processing and records management including maintaining
human resources and personnel records
Assist with production and distribution of departmental mailings, newsletters, committee
papers and reports
Assist with maintaining financial records and administration duties particularly in relation to
recruitment, performance appraisal, learning & development, expenses pay and benefits
Ensure that staff welfare systems are effectively promoted and used by employees
Support and assist with the procurement and organisation of external training courses
