2009 to current
Leading a team of 7 staff, we undertake performance tuning and traffic
(bandwidth) analysis, capacity planning and provisioning. Working with
Head of Technical and ensure the services are maintained to the highest
standards. Ensuring completion the daily assigned jobs to full fill
requirements inter department as well as customer.
Duties include:
 Ensuring adequate assignment of bandwidth to customers as requested
including maintenance of bandwidth managers
 Maintaining constant contact with the IIG for bandwidth usage/up-grade,
and traffic analysis Maintaining DNS system, update DNS entries, MX,
Record An any other DNS related task. Provide adequate backup and
archiving of critical data to facilitate systems restoration as required.
 Ensuring Intranet, Internet security and access control in the office
network as well public network. As per the requirement, installation,
maintenance and upgrading of servers and network devices.
 Allocating junior Engineer to follow up and monitoring the project status as
required
 Leading to find proper solution for critical problems if occurred in the
running network. Installation and configuration Internet Gateway server in
Linux (Mail, Proxy, FTP, Print). Assist purchase committee to purchase
right device or equipment in the proper way by Preparing System
Operational Procedure (SOP) which was to be handed over after
completion of project.

Role: System Administrator, System Administration Department.
2006 to 2008
Leading a team of 3 staff, I was responsible for the entire system related
server (Mail, Proxy, FTP, WWW, Bandwidth Manager, UUCP, Dialup,
Web Portal etc.) should be up and running including backup system.
Duties include:
 Maintaining DNS system, update DNS entries, MX, Record A any other
DNS related task
 Ensuring Mail system running smooth and updated with all software
packages
 Bandwidth released from backbone by using proxy and ensuring web
caching to get better performance for customer
 Configure FTP account for new hosting customer and deliver to respecting
department
 Assign IP ,Bandwidth and create MRTG for new customer or existing
customer and deliver to respective department
 Create an account for new UUCP customer in UUCP authentication

 Activation dialup account with associate access limit
 Action all account blocking / change password against respective
department request
 Uploading current web content (web portal) using scripting
 Ensuring all system are safe under backup in daily basis
Role: Supervisor, Service and Support Department
2000 to 2005
Supervising a team of 10 staff, I would ensuring quality of service
delivering to the customer and visit them to receive service feedback including
any requirements or complaint
Duties include:
 Arrange regular service meeting with all support engineers to review
service and support. Provide individual support and guidance to every
engineer’s customer feedback as required.
 Checking service report from customer by assigned support engineer
 Visit existing customer to check service quality and customers behaviour
 Conducting training for new support Engineer
 Manage budget for the Service and Support department including hire
new employee and evolution for existing staff in yearly reviews
 Implement motivation program for staff - promotion, salary increment, gift
voucher for birth day or marriage anniversary etc.

1999 to 2000
Supervising a team of 5, I configured Customized Internet Gateway Server for
customer and delivering to customer premises by junior support engineer.
Duties include:
 Configure customized Internet Gateway Server in Linux /Solaris for Mail,
Proxy, Web and FTP or any such kind of requirements.
 Ensured customer’s network firewall and others networks issues
 Conducting training on Linux / Solaris for junior support engineer
 Attend support by phone or remote access to customer’s server for any
critical issues
 Helping client’s IT Manager identify how they protect their network. Proper
bandwidth utilization by blocking un-necessary web blocking.
 Consult with line manager for new software to implementing customers
aspects

1997 to 1998
Attend customer’s phone call and resolve the problem over the phone or
physical visit to customer’s premises. Follow up customer’s feedback and report
to line manager.
Duties include:
 Attend support call to end user customers problem
 Resolve the end user customer problem- such as dialup system
configuration, rebuild TCP for proper internet connection
 Resolve customers mail client problem such as Eudora, Outlook express
etc.
 Rectify dialup modem problem
 Prepare support report for customers as well as office records
