Find out from your Authorize.net representative what processing method your account is setup with.
See below for information on what we need in order to integrate your EZFacility account with your
Authorize.net account’s processing method.
Advanced Integration Method (AIM)
Our software only supports integration with the E-commerce account type. If you want to use a
Retail account type, you will need to set your account up to use the Vital/TSYS method.
API Login ID:
Transaction Key:
This is a string of text that the user can generate whenever they want. If you ever generate a new Transaction Key the old
one will automatically expire. Therefore you must alert EZFacility and give them your new Transaction Key or else you
will not be able to successfully process credit cards through your EZFacility account.
Note: Both API Login ID and Transaction Key are strings of random-looking alphanumeric characters: eleven for the API
Login ID and sixteen for the Transaction Key. Neither of these are what is used to log in to the Authorize.net web
application.
Vital/TSYS interface (Simple Integration Method (SIM))
See the Vital document which is attached to the email you received from one of our representatives.
WebLink Method
We do not support the WebLink method. Please ask your Authorize.net representative to change your
account to one of the other two methods.
