1. System Overview
To create an E-commerce site providing outreach services, displaying WSC’s company catalog, and
taking customer orders through a web portal.

Need to use object-oriented methodology. Business objects access the database. Gui only accesses
business objects
5.2. Development Methodology
We will use the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), consisting of the following 6 stages: Feasibility
Study (Assumed to have been previously completed), Analysis, Design, Development, Testing,
Implementation
5.3. Development Resources
MS Visual Web Developer Express Edition, MS Access, UML tool to be determined
6. Testing Procedures
Each individual team member will be responsible for testing the project after completion, each individual
team member will look over each others code for mistakes
7. Configuration Management
Use Google Code Project Hosting (a free subversion host)
