Project Delivery Manager - SaaS Solution
Employed to deliver the first version of a Legal Case Management Application (LCMA) to be running
from the Cloud and potentially as a SaaS solution. Under my coordination, the project team involved 46
people including a Lead Architect, a Lead Developer, a Test Manager, a Senior User Advocate, a Cloud
Hosting Provider, and Senior Barristers from Lamb Chambers (the end client). The project span just over one
year with a budget of £1.2M.
Responsibilities:
 Assisted the client's programme manager in refining the LCMA's business case, the project initiation
documents, and the project strategy in relation to risk, quality, communication, and documentation
 Trained stakeholders for efficient user stories / use cases / requirement management
 Managed project delivery, work estimation, supplier management, and budget control
 Produced project progress reports (status / milestones / deliverables / risks / issues / software releases)
 Liaised with third-party service providers and offshore solution partners such as Vaadin’s (solution
architecture partner, based in Helsinki, Finland), Civica (solution development partner, based in Spain),
SoftID’s (solution test partner, based in Bangalore, India), Hetzner’s Account Manager (cloud hosting
provider based in Germany)
 Reviewed the project benefits and provided lessons learned for next LCMA releases
 Established consensus with third-party service providers and compliance to the adopted project

Achievements:
 Suggested and obtained (after the first stage review), the outsourcing of some of the development and
testing offshore in order to stay within budget.
 Successfully organised the right mix of onshore / offshore project team after convincing senior
stakeholders (up to the project executive).
 Proactively organised a cost-effective training to help all client representatives understand the
technologies involved in the LCMA project and software project delivery concepts. This resulted in the
client users' full acceptance of the scope and requirement control processes.
 This enabled the client to remain within budget instead of going 100% over budget, as indicated by the
original forecasts. Re-scoped down the project with 50% less functionalities for the first version but
100% increase on the robustness and scalability while staying within budget. There is a commercial
NDA on certain key benefits of this project.

New York with offshoot in Manila). Managed project plan, requirements, fit-gaps, KDDs (Key Design
Decisions), resources on-boarding, project status reporting, risk management, issue management, and time
reporting of project team members. Supported the mobilisation and inception of team members composed of

and Accenture. Decided which VDI features should be deployed in the solution (feature matrix). Approved
the architecture and the design of the selected VDI solution in compliance with the network infrastructure
design. Delivered the required VDI deployment.

but with quality. Deployed a pilot solution for BG’s assessment before they execute on their large global IPT
solution deployment.

5. Business Process Management (BPM) Consultant – BNP Cardif Pinnacle
BNP Cardif Pinnacle - Project team: 25 persons - Project duration: 12 months.
Obtained certification in PRPC 5.5 BPM in July 2010 (without prior knowledge or experience in Business
Process Management. Subsequently, I was able to apply previous technical consultancy experience to help
the customer defining, refining and validating the functional requirements of their Insurance Claim
developed with Pegasystems PRPC. This resulted in a 35% decrease of the number of bugs, and a clear
identification of new features and feature enhancements.

Achievements:
 As a Regional Application Release PMO Project Manager, I was replacing an SAP PMO Project
Manager who went on maternity leave and despite no prior experience on SAP financial application, I
effectively completed the re-alignment of the application release project and satisfied the customer’s
global project portfolio monitoring requirements.
 My role as VDI Infrastructure Project Manager was the first Accenture’s VDI deployment for an
external customer. I effectively delivered the solution on budget and ahead of time. I successfully
avoided Accenture a government contract fine of £35,000 per day, because of the successful delivery 2
weeks ahead of time, despite having to manage shared / external resources.
 As the UK Region Infrastructure Project Manager within Global IPT Programme I successfully
managed the deployment of a £1M pilot, under a fixed time project, effectively de-risked the subsequent
execution of BG-Group’s multi-million IPT network transformation programme.
