Pharmacy Class at UW.

Applications are now open.
Your application will be acknowledged by email and you will be sent
specific information on completing your on-line Pharmacy Admission
Profile and the Reference Letter Form.
Christmas Break

Although we welcome your application during the Christmas Break,
acknowledgement emails will resume during the first week of January
2009.

Deadline to submit the winter 2010 application and pay the application

Lectures begin
Academic requirements:
All required classes should be completed by May, but with extenuating
circumstances may be completed between May and January, but will not
count towards your application. All prerequisites must be completed
before commencing the pharmacy program.
Minimum Overall University Average of 75% (3.0/4.0 or 6.5/9.0
GPA) The grade achieved in every university course you have taken since
entering university will be included in the overall average
calculation. The average is not limited to the required courses only.
This average must be at least 75%.
Required Courses for Admission in January 2010 The specific course
requirements listed below will ordinarily necessitate a minimum of two
full years of university-level science.

school at U of T.
Application: December 18, 2008
PCAT: must be written on January 24, 2009
must be registered by December 12, 2008 Submission of Grades:

Secondary school transcript: January 30, 2009
University transcript: January 30, 2009 for Fall term marks
and June
12, 2009 for final marks for the current academic year
Academic requirements:
Minimum academic requirements for the 2009 admission cycle:
1. Successful completion of at least one full year of study at the
university level* i.e. five full-credit (full-year course) equivalents.
2. Cumulative university average of at least 70%, i.e. equivalent
to a ?B-? at U of T.
3. Successful completion of the six specified required subjects at
the appropriate level of study* as indicated below:

have been accepted into the Pharmacy program at University of Waterloo.
