 Physical stock certificates and stock powers should be mailed separately, certified return
receipt requested (or hand deliver if you prefer) to the address below.
 Do not sign the back of the certificate, but instead sign the stock power. We have copies
available here.
 Please include a letter stating you are donating XXX shares of named stock to The
College of New Rochelle.
