MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS:

Managed test approach, schedule and key governance deliverables for the successful
migration and the testing of Lloyds Banking mainframe to a new data centre. Led wellness
testing on multiple migration weekends to support application and system migrations.

Delivered end to end infrastructure supporting two separate implementations of Microsoft
Dynamics CRM for 7 500 users. Deployed 64 blade servers and 80 virtual servers across test
and production data centres to enable the business to test and deploy customised CRM code
for front line users which enabled benefits realisation and supported a £30 million business
case.

Managed design, review and implementation of a new Capacity Management Process for BP.
Delivered capacity plans for 28 key applications and identified $0.5 million on costs savings
by recovering over allocated capacity.

Implemented Linux HP blade and server cluster, SAN and LAN Proximity Hosting solution for
Liquidity Hub in Geneva and London. Managed on and offshore teams to install, configure,
