Payment Information:
Southern Property Management is responsible for accepting all payments on behalf of Bay
Colony Homeowners Association. Homeowners have three options when submitting payments:
mail in a check, pay with a credit card or e-echeck online, or to submit a cash or check payment
in person.
All mailed payments should be remitted to:

If you use your bank’s bill pay service, please update the remittance information to the
aforementioned address.
Homeowners also have the option to submit payments electronically via our website at
www.SouthernPropertyMgt.com. http://www.cmacommunities.com. Select ONLINE
SERVICES from the horizontal menu, and then click MAKE A PAYMENT. Homeowners can
pay by credit card or e-check for a nominal fee (charged by service provider).
Homeowners can also submit payments in person at our office during normal business hours,
which are Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We are
located at 4211 Mundy Mill Place, Suite C, Oakwood, GA 30566. Directions to our office can be
found at www.southernpropertymgt.com by clicking Contact Us on the horizontal menu bar.
Homeowners can also submit payments in person at any BBT Branch. Please note that
homeowners must present the payment coupon (which is included with the bill for annual dues)
in order for the payment to be accepted.

Owner/Managing Broker
Lynn Collins founded Southern Property Management after realizing that there
was a definite need for a customer service driven association management
company in the metro Atlanta area. Lynn takes a hands-on approach when it
comes to managing SPM. She oversees company operations on a daily basis
and is personally involved with our clients and communities. Lynn is a licensed
real estate broker with over 17 years experience in real estate sales,
development, and property management. With over 25 years of commercial
accounting experience, Lynn firmly believes that financial oversight and fiscal
responsibility are key aspects of successful property management services.

Associate Broker/Property Manager
Dee Lee has been affiliated with Southern Property Management since its
inception. Dee has a degree in real estate from Houston College and over 21
years of experience working in the construction, development, property
management, and the real estate sales industry. Dee is an associate broker of
Southern Property Management. Our clients appreciate his vast professional
experience, especially when it comes to helping them navigate through the build
out phase, construction of capital improvements, as well as planning and zoning.
In addition, Dee Lee is proud to have served our country in the U.S. Army
Special Forces, and assists in providing Security services to association clients
and customers as requested.

Property Manager/Director of Marketing
Tiffany Harris has enjoyed working with the clients of Southern Property
Management since joining our team in 2008. Tiffany earned her B.S. from North
Georgia College and State University in the field of Sociology, with a
concentration in the Sociology of Organization/Industry/Science. She graduated
with Magna cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa Honors and also lettered in two
sports at the collegiate level. After obtaining her real estate license in 2002,
Tiffany worked as the marketing director for a multimillion dollar-per-year real
estate sales team. Desiring a position where she could combine both her love of
interacting with and assisting clients and her passion for the real estate industry,
Tiffany made the transition into community association management. Clients of
Southern Property Management appreciate the organizational optimization skills
that Tiffany offers.

Office Administrator/Client Services
Peggy works hard behind the scenes to insure that Southern Property
Management not only meets, but exceeds our clients’ needs and expectations.
With over 20 years’ experience in the Customer Service, Administrative, and
Operations Industries, Peggy is an invaluable member of our team. Peggy takes
pride in being detailed-oriented, organized, and dedicated to the job at hand, and
Peggy’s colleagues all say that she never hesitates to jump in and help with
anything and everything that needs to be done.

With her background of 15 plus years in the real estate industry, Tiffany Willey
brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our office team. Tiffany's focus
is on providing a superior client experience and her contribution is essential to
the high level of service our office team provides. Tiffany Willey is not only a
team leader, but a team builder and her spark and enthusiasm is infectious
throughout the office. She has been an integral part in training new employees,
developing policies and procedures, and assisting in the advancement of
technology within our office.

Ashley is typically the first point-of-contact, either in person or over the phone,
everyone has with Southern Property Management. Ashley enjoys interacting
with every homeowner and takes pride in ensuring that your experience with
Southern Property Management is a positive one. Ashley is an innovative and
creative problem solver, with a warm personality that our clients appreciate. With
an Associate’s Degree of Applied General Studies and more than 5 years of
experience in customer service and client care, Ashley is an incremental part of
our office support staff.

Accounts Receivable/Client Services
With an educational background in accounting, Samantha has over six years’
experience in customer service, bookkeeping, and tax preparation. In addition,
Samantha is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
at UNG. Samantha takes pride in her excellent organizational skills and her eye
for detail. Clients appreciate Samantha's can do attitude and her colleagues all
say that Samantha's warm personality makes her a great addition to the Client
Services team.

Paid Intern
Josh Lee is a recent graduate of UGA a Bachelors Degree in Business
Administration. While not in school, Josh served as a paid intern at Southern
Property Management where he learned the ins and outs of the property
management business. Josh comes from a family of real estate professionals
and looks forward to joining the business full time upon graduation. Josh Lee is
also licensed in the State of Georgia as a Commercial Pesticide Applicator.
