Client Support: Act as the primary support contact for all Imagine Clients, responding to Client questions via both email
and telephone. Analyze problems, recommend solutions and initiate corrective actions. Exercise sound judgment while
problem solving Client.
Track Client Issues: Generate a “Case” in Salesforce for all issues raised by Clients. This is a PSA’s primary task, and is
essential for gathering metrics that will lead to ongoing success.
Troubleshoot Applications: Troubleshoot application and data related errors. In conjunction with Users, isolate
