Most of the advertising for The Outlets of Colorado is all electronic media and Public
Relations efforts…for that reason, we have the following to mention in this section
relating to Advertising:
The following reflects the advertising that was produced for the Outlets of Colorado:
1. Frontier Airlines Wild Blue Yonder – In flight video:
Our video plays four times per inbound and outbound flight on every television channel.
It is approximately 1.5 minutes in length. The video has already been produced and may
be viewed by clicking below on the link. Please view the video section to see this
exciting exclusive partnership.
2. Banner Ad- Map Channel - There is also a banner on the map channel guiding
passengers to the in-flight Wild Blue Yonder publication as well on all Frontier airlines
inbound and outbound.
3. Print – Wild Blue Yonder Shopping Spree 4 page section ------May/June 2007
The Outlets of Colorado is the exclusive shopping venue in the upscale shopping section
of Wild Blue Yonder magazine. Denver is the hub for Frontier airlines and has
approximately 7,500 flights per month and serves over 1,044,963 passengers on the
mainline fleet with the tv’s. 1,229,440 passengers are exposed to the magazine which is
distributed across the entire fleet. The printed piece is 4 full pages with a BRC card
great for giveaways and tracking purposes
4. Savings Card – Dex Media (yellow pages) sponsorship - $10,000 cash sponsorship
5. Dex Media (yellow Page) ads which are running through 2007 representing a
$250,000 trade value!

Above is the banner ad that Frontier created for us as “added value” and it is positioned
as a banner ad on the Map Channel on all Frontier Airline flights!
Below is the first issue of the May 2007 Wild Blue Yonder in flight exclusive Shopping
Spree section. The exposure to the outlets as THE SHOPPING DESTINATION in
Colorado has positioned the Outlets of Colorado Centers as an upscale shopping
alternative that offers Great Values, Wonderful Brands, and Unbelievable Savings in
three convenient locations in Colorado. We’ve got you covered in Colorado! The
Outlets of Colorado have this exclusive Shopping Spree section and are firsts at reaching
tourists and residents on airplanes through our partnership. This partnership is a Win Win
as we win by the exposure and Frontier wins by all of the Winning giveaways we are
offering in this section. We are planning trips to Wynn Las Vegas as well as to
Snowmass Colorado and more. We were able to negotiate and saved $40,000 on this
exclusive partnership!
Wild Blue Yonder Exclusive Shopping Spree section – In flight Magazine
What a great way to advertise our brands and for our retailers to get involved.
We can feature 7-8 tenants plus offer a great giveaway for tracking purposes.
At the time of this report over 200 BRC cards for May/June 2007 have been turned
into our center customer service areas. Our retailers love this added exposure and
we feel it is a wonderful privilege to build this relationship with Frontier Airlines as
the exclusive Shopping Spree section!
DEX MEDIA – Yellow Pages
The Outlets of Colorado developed a strong partnership with Dex Media which is the yellow page
booklet format and on line resource for looking up business phone numbers.
The partnership affords us the following in Free advertising in this valuable vehicle to heavily
promote our brands to users of the yellow page phone book.

Brands and Values and Prices are what we were trying to accomplish with this
partnership in a place that locals and tourists both visit the Dex yellow pages to find
phone numbers, etc. The Outlets of Colorado has the most visible and full page and half
page ads than any other shopping center. We are covered in all Denver metro and
surrounding area markets. In exchange, we are offering them four 22 x 28 signs and to
be included in a maximum of two center events where they may set up a table.
In addition, we received a $10,000 sponsorship for Dex Media to have their logo on our
savings cards.
