3. Obtaining hardware support (for an organisation)
In the event of a hardware problem with an Switch that is under on-site warranty, please contact
the Acer help desk. If the problem cannot be resolved over the telephone, a swap out unit will be
arranged
Support calls can be placed between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public
holidays.
4. Purchasing Switches (for a Staff member)
Departmental staff may purchase these products through the Acer Authorised Education Resellers
at GST inclusive prices. Payment methods include cash, cheque and credit card. Consult your
reseller for details.
