Mr. Abrahams has been an owner, principal and founder of multiple business enterprises and
entrepreneurial ventures in his 35 years of business activity in Arizona and the Southwest region. His
leadership as a founding partner of one of Arizona’s largest diversified investment firms involved over
70 business enterprises and business projects encompasses a wide range of directorial and management
situations. Through the practical integration of forward thinking, team building and implementation
skills, Mr. Abrahams has successfully executed business plans across multiple industries and business
sectors.
Many of the business activities lead by Mr. Abrahams required a strategic vision, clearly defined goals
and involved significant capital investment. Often these activities have been implemented during
dynamic market conditions requiring adaptive skills and on-going research in order to optimize returns
while minimizing risks. Such business activities frequently involved venture partners with a diversity of
interests that required thoughtful and effective leadership.

Provided overall leadership to this institutional pharmacy company including: raised $4.5 million of
equity capital and $2.0 million of debt capital, recruited and lead key management team, developed a
new product and service offering utilizing information services and restructured sales force, sales grew
from $8.0 million to a $38 million revenue run rate, strategic partnerships completed with several large
brand name buyers, and sold Company to Walgreen’s earning shareholders an excellent return on their
investment.
Institutional Private Equity Investor
Allstate Insurance: Private Equity Division
Private Private Equity Firm managing capital from leading institutional investors.
Spent almost 20 years in the institutional private equity industry providing growth capital and
management advisory services to a range of entrepreneurial endeavors. As a principal, worked
extensively over many years with senior management teams to develop the Companies and served on
numerous Board of Directors. In selective situations, lead management teams to bring portfolio
companies to the next level of growth or to overcome difficulties. Raised well over $1.0 billion of risk
capital. Evaluated and recruited numerous senior executives. Served as the “lead” representatives to
many strategic partnerships with major Fortune 1000 Companies. Sold and participate in the initial
public offerings of more than 25 companies.
As a founding general partner, built private equity firm from $7.0 million of capital to almost $600
million. Served as a general partner of five blind pool private equity partnerships, which included
leading institutional investors. Provided overall leadership as the Firm grew significantly including
hiring key professional personnel, opening new offices and initiated new customer /investor
relationships.
Comprehensive Health Care, LTD
Founder and Executive Vice President of this operator of inpatient rehabilitation and long term care
facilities. Responsible for the overall operation of a 300-bed health center as well as the marketing and
sales programs of numerous sister facilities. Numerous acquisitions were evaluated and several
complete to compliment growth and market penetration. Work to conceive and install a novel
management and clinical information system. Company grew rapidly and was sold earning
shareholders an excellent return.

Founder and Chairman of the Board of Lead Guitar: Lead Guitar provides arts education to school with
student at high risk of dropping out. The organization has been growing from two school four years ago
to about 20 school.

organization which is a part of the University of Arizona.
