Poetry
You will be given at least two poems with which you have not worked before to read, digest and analyze. Review your notes on
How to Read a Poem and know well how to use your poetry concepts (from above).
A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Romeo and Juliet:
For these plays, you will be asked to accomplish a number of tasks.
1) You must understand how the literary concepts that you’ve studied above apply to these plays.
2) You will be required to know the stories well enough so that you could set in chronological order main events as they happen
3) You must know characters well enough so that if I provide a quote, you can identify who its speaker is.
