1) Portable Biogas Plant(Diploma project)


Used the technical document to design the plant.
2) Self Balancing of Alternator Pulley(B.TECH Project)
Organization: Kerala Electrical and Allied Engineering Ltd.
Description: The project was to study the various casting defects that occur during
the casting of alternator pulley that used in trains. We also tried to modify the
existing mould design to make the pulley dynamically balanced with in a tolerance
limit of ±2.5g. We succeeded in making the pulley dynamically balanced by the
modifications made in the gating system, sprue, mouldcavity, mouldings, and
chills.
