Analog Panel – 8 channel analog panel to integrate exhaust gas analyzers lambda sensors,
O2 sensors, etc. Select 0-1V, 0-5V, 0-10V, 0-20V or 0-30V in any combination.
Additional Docking Cart – Extra docking cart to save time between engine tests. Prestage one engine while another is being tested.
Pressure Cooling Tower – CT-700 Pressurized Cooling tower integrates seamlessly with
boom assembly. Standard temperature range from 160 F to 230 F. Rated for continuous
duty testing up to 700 HP (522 kW)
Air Fuel Kit – Air Fuel Meter Kits available in any channel count configuration. Bosch
LSU 4.2 and OEM grade NTK type sensors available.
Fuel System – High performance fuel pump and two fuel regulators. Rated at 0-800 lb/hr.
Throttle Actuator – Rotary electric throttle control provides automated testing from
computer. Morse cable options also available.
Sensor Expansion Panels – The modular sensor box allows for additional 10-channel
pressure panels and additional 16-channel temperature panels. Extra transducers are sold
separately.
Engine Adapter – Multi-fit adapter packages for both the SF-902S and SF-Powermark.

SuperStart – Starter option for the SF-902S includes 8” spacer box and 2 hight torque
starters.
Blow-By Sensor – Measures the volumetric flow of crankcase blow-by. Two sizes
available: 0.4 to 16 ACFM and .25 to 10 ACFM. Select either analog or frequency
output.
Fuel Canister – Designed to measure fuel consumption of fuel injected engines. Mid flow
unit available in 20-270 lb./hr. High flow unit available in 30-1070 lb./hr. Available for
gas and alcohol.
Relay Box – Relay enclosure for up to 32 programmable user-defined relays. Commonly
used to control lights, pumps, water systems, emergency stop and fire safety systems.
Flowbenches
Port Flow Analyzer – Windows –based flowbench software lefts you analyze, graph and
print airflow data from your PC.
Pitot tubes – SuperFlow offers Pitot Tubes, a compact device to measure velocity within
the port. When used in conjunction with Port Flow Analyzer Pro Software, it
performances port velocity mapping.
Motor controller – Regulates test pressure based on input from FlowCom (SF-110 and
SF-600 controllers shown)
Flowcom – FlowCom Air Flow Measurement Cimputer* for rapid, accurate testing. The
highly accurate, easy-to use digital airflow measurement system gauges test pressure and
temperature measurement to within 0.5 F. FlowCom measures and calculates airflow in
CFM. It has inputs for optional external devices like swirl meters, tumble meters and
velocity probes.

Analog Panel
Drag Pack Extension – Perfect for choppers and drag bikes, the Drag Pack Extension is
available in two lengths to accommodate wheelbases from 66” to 104” or 66” to 120”
Sensor Expansion Panels
ATV Roll – The ATV Roll attaches to either side of the CycleDyn base (or to the eddy
current for extra wide applications) to accommodate ATVs, legends cars, dwarf cars and
go karts. It is 20” in diameter, 32” wide and knurled like the base CycleDyn roll for
excellent traction.
Tailpipe Air Fuel Probe – SuperFlow tailpipe exhaust probes measure the air/fuel ratio
directly from tailpipe. Tailpipe probes integrate with WinDyn for live monitoring and
easy post test graphing and analysis.
Ramp Kits – Aluminum ramp kits are available for above ground installations. The 36”
wide ramp is available in 72” or 94” lengths to accommodate low profiles and long
vehicle.
AC Motoring Cube – The AC Motoring Cube brings emissions level test data the
CyleDyn. It allows you to perform R&D economically prior to final certification. The AC
cube will simulate inertia; AC cube will simulate inertia, rolling losses and aerodynamic
effects with the help of an advanced motor controller and WindDyn. Perform coast
downs and evaluate parasitic losses or use SuperFlow’s drivers trace software to perform
emissions drive cycles.
ATV Deck – The ATV Deck mounts to the front of the ATV Roll to accommodate
ATVs, legends cars, dwarf cars and go karts. It’s available in standard length to match a
standard CycleDyn or extended length for customers using the drag pack.

Power indexing - Power indexing enables operators to rotate transmissions to any angle
for easy access, without having to drain the fluid.
Auto Shift – The linear shift actuator controls the manual detent position of the
transmission. Since it uses a cable, the Auto shift can connect to most every transmission.
It can be fitted with torque measurement, up to 50 lb-ft.
Shift Consoles – Shift Consoles allow you to exercise the control several brands of
transmissions white outside the vehicle. These control consoles have the capacity to hold
up to four Transmission Control Modules (TCMs) and they will operate transmissions on
any test stand. Consoles are available for Allison,ZF, Voith and Renk transmissions.

Base Extensions – Optional base extensions for angle-drive and v-drive transmissions are
available should your testing needs require. These extensions make the EDECT the most
versatitle heavy-duty transmission dynamometer on the market today.
AutoDyn
OBD-II - With SuperFlow’s® OBD-II Interface Module you can easily monitor and
record any OBD-II data that the ECM makes available directly in our WinDyn®
dynamometer software. The device plugs directly into the OBD-II port and automatically
shows you the available PIDs for that vehicle. You can then quickly configure the system
to display the channels that you want to monitor live on custom, user-defined WinDyn®
screens. With SuperFlow’s® high speed data acquisition you can close-loop control to
OBD-II channels and save any of them you want for post test analysis and graphing. With
the OBD-II Interface Module you’re also able to read Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC’s)

4-POST HOIST - SuperFlow® offers several different 4-post hoists to fit any needs and
budget. Models are available with a walking platform, safety rails and access ladders to
make working on vehicles easy and safe. SuperFlow® also offers an economy hoist that
does not include the extra features listed above, but still works great for loading vehicles
on and off your chassis dyno quickly and easily. All lifts come with tie-down anchor
points at the front and rear of the platform to secure vehicles for testing. 4-post hoists let
you make performance upgrades anywhere on the vehicle without having to move it from

INDUCTIVE SPARK PICK-UP ASSEMBLY - SuperFlow’s® Inductive Spark Pick-Up
Assembly features a rugged housing that protects the device from tough shop
environments and allows it to provide years of service. With user-adjustable sensitivity
you’re able to dial in the device exactly how you want it. The spark pick-up includes one
inductive clip. For wasted spark ignition systems a second clip can be added. Contact

DRIVER’S TRACE SOFTWARE - SuperFlow’s® Driver’s Trace Software integrates
seamlessly with your SuperFlow® chassis dynamometer and allows drivers to follow a
real-time moving driver’s trace on it’s easy-to-read display. It can run any .csv based
drive cycle and it is easy to configure. Special operations like shift points or display
messages for the driver can be included in the trace so each test is accurate and

ABOVE GROUND RAMP KIT - SuperFlow® offers lightweight aluminum ramp kits
for the AutoDyn™ 11 and AutoDyn™ 30 chassis dynos. Kits include heavy-duty
aluminum ramps and extended platforms that support the vehicle during testing. Because
they are light-weight these ramps work great for portable dyno applications and they are
easy to move in and out of place. Ramps are perfect if you are unable to install your
SuperFlow® chassis dyno in a pit or when shop space is limited because they stack

OPTICAL WHEEL TACHOMETER - SuperFlow’s® optical wheel tachometer reads
wheel speed using an infrared beam and reflective tape. It features a magnetic base for
secure mounting to any AutoDyn™ frame. The optical tach is non-contact and works in

DIESEL EXHAUST OPACITY METER - SuperFlow’s® Diesel Exhaust Opacity Meter
measures the opacity of visible smoke coming from the exhaust. It’s rugged and portable

AIR FLOW SENSORS - SuperFlow® offers several complete lambda packages and tail
pipe probes for measuring air/fuel ratio. These packages integrate with WinDyn® for live
monitoring and post test graphing and analysis.
Axiline 97000
Auto Stall - The eddy current brakes on the 97000 are outfitted with hydraulic disc brakes
to test stall speed. Auto Stall automates this process by replacing the foot operated stall
pedal with an electronic actuator.
AWD LOAD UNIT - The AWD Third Load Unit equips the 97000 to test most AWD
transmissions. The floor mounted unit is equipped with an eddy current absorber and an
operator interface with load percentage adjustment, digital RPM display, load power
on/off switch and emergency stop. With a separate potentiometer, it can also set the same
load percentage or be modified to check the differential. An adjustable side-to-side and
up/down table shuttle moves 10” (25cm) side-to-side from center and 3 1/2” (8.9 cm)
up/down from center.
OUTPUT TORQUE - Optional load cell to measure static or dynamic torque.
AUTO SHIFT INLINE COOLER - The inline oil cooler connects to the transmission cooler lines to
maintain proper oil temperature during extended test sequences. It is ideal for long test
sequences or endurance testing.
INPUT TORQUE - This custom input shaft is instrumented with a torque transducer to
measure torque directly before the converter for highly accurate readings. 60 pulse per
revolution encoder. 450 lb-ft rating.

TCRS – Lathe Options
FACEPLATE - The face plate attaches directly to the spindle of the
lathe to assist in opening the converters, for machining
one side of the converter or into the 6 Jaw Chuck.
DIGITAL READ OUT - The DRO features all of the essential functions for
milling, boring, turning, grinding, and general machining
operations.
AIR RAM ASSEMBLY - The air ram assembly holds the converter halves
together while its cut open. It’s available with Morris
taper or straight shaft mounts.
