It was windy and dark that two young brothers buried a box which was very strange and two
brothers were saying while were running “God help the people who find it.”
BRANFORD,NEW HAMPSHIRE,1969
There was a factory,PARRISH SHOES, that were making shoe .Alen was the boss’s son in this
company.Some persons as Billy Jessup disturbed him.That day Alen saw Billy also ,so run to
his father’s factory .In there he saw Carl,worker,and he showed a shoe which had made
himself,but suddenly his father came there and so he fall down the shoe into the machine .But a
noise was heard from the machine and was fired and Alen run our from there.In outside ,Billy
with his friends stopped him and because of speaking to Sarah,his girlfriend,hit him and
run.Alen got up and then heard some sound as Brummm-tum-tum.Brummm-tum-tum…. Then
went toward the sound which was from under ground .It was a box that was written on it,
JUMANJY .So he carried it to his home.
At his home,he opened the box.There was a picture of jungle and some animals and with a
glass-eyed at the center.After his father and mother left home,because some problems he had
with parents ,wanted to leave home for ever ,but when he opened the door to leave ,he saw
Sarah in front of the door.She was talking about the disturbance which Billy had made for him
and after that Sarah gave him his bike.During they spoke together ,suddenly the sound of
Brummm-tum-tum.Brum-tum-tum…..was heard from the box then Alen took her hand and
went into the home to showed her the game.But Sarah didn’t like that game ,so she dropped the
dices one of them was four and other one was two and then the token moved six squares on
the board .Suddenly appeared some words in the glass-eyed :These things can fly at you at
night,run quickly,do not try to fight.A sound came from somewhere across the room.Sarah
escaped and Alen dropped dices they were two and three and then in the glass-eyed was
written:Go to the jungle now,and wait!Somebody must threw a five or eight.And board pull
Alen into it through glass-eyed.And after that hundreds of bats appeared into the room through
fire-place.And then Sarah run out of the house.
1995,BRANFORD,NEW HAMPSHIR
Now instead of Alen’s family in that home ,another family lived there,Peter Shepherd and his
sister,Judy ,twelve ,and their aunt,Nora.Once day,when their aunt was out,they went to the
little room ,was heard a sound as Brum-tum-tum….. They found a box was written
JUMANJY.They opened the box and then Peter gave the dices to Judy.She dropped dices on
the board.And then appeared some words in the glass-eyed:Look out!These flying things can
bite.They come at you from left and right!A nose was heard as BZZZZZ.Suddenly three
mosquitoes appeared ,as big as a small bird.One of them was killed by Judy’s shoe,and other
wend outside.After that Peter dropped the dices and some words appeared again:It has a long
tail and lives in a tree.They heard some sound from down stairs .When they opened the kitchen
door,they saw twelve brown monkeys.Then Judy closed the door and they went up because
they decided to continue that game.So Peter dropped the dices.One of them was three and
another one was five.The words was:This animal is very hungry.Be careful,now!Don’t make it
angry!There was a lion in the corner of the room.They ran downstairs and saw a man .The man
made the lion escaped from the home.Then children asked him about his identity.Then the man
went up and said” here is our home ,but where is my parents? I am Alen,mummy.”Judy asked
him,”Are you Alen?”And Alen said,”Yes ,I am with the age of thirty-eight .But where is my
father and mother?”They said,”We don’t know anything about them.But everybody thinks
you’re dead.”They went outside and Alen got in the police car,but police said,”get out of my
car .”Alen asked about the year.It was 1995.Alen looked carefully to the police’s shirt ,its name
was Carel Bently.the police asked from children about Alen’s identity and they said he is our
uncle from Indonesia .Suddenly two monkeys got into the car ,but Alen with the sound of a
lion escaped them fallowing the car.After that Alen went to the father’s factory ,but it had been
decayed.Then they went back to the home and there Alen clean himself and cut his beard and
then they went towards the game.Judy dropped the dices ,but nothing happened.Alen
said,”You know we are playing in 1969.There are four tokens on the board .Two of them are
yours and one of them is mine and the last one is Sarah’s.So they went to Sarah’s house and
knocked the door .A young pretty woman came out.Alen said about himself and about the
game which was performed several years ago.Alen and the children carried Sarah to the home
for playing.At the home Sarah didn’t intend to play ,but Alen cheated her and the dices fall
down from her hand.The words were:Its pretty flower is yellow or blue.But be very careful-it
can eat you.Suddenly a big yellow flower which has a mouth appeared and got Peter’s leg and
then Alen with a knife cut the vine .After this event Alen dropped the dices .The written
was:This man from the jungle has a gun.Go now!Run quickly!Said Alen,”The hunter,Van
Pelt”Alen run to the street and the hunter fallowed him.And then Alen backed to the home
through the window and now it was the Judy’s turn to drop.it was written in the glasseyed:Look out!It isn’t rain that is coming.It is animals and they are running!All of the animals
had broken down everywhere and suddenly a pelican took the board and flow over them and
out of the house .But after about one hour which was full of events ,they could get the board
from pelican.But the police arrested Alen and took him to the police office.Now they were at
home.Peter dropped the dices.It was written:You cheated.Now everybody can laugh at
you!Suddenly appeared some hairs grown up on Peter’s body.Then they saw the hunter in the
back of them and took the game from peter’s hairy hands. And the hunter said,”When you give
me Alen to me,I will give you the game.”Peter pull away the game from the hunter and ran to
the street and the got into the car ,but suddenly animals attacked to the street and an elephant
went up to the car and broke down the car.Peter thought the hunter wants to help him ,but it
was wrong because he wanted the game .So he pulled the game out of Peter’s hand and went
away.After Peter came out from the car ,they went to find the hunter.The hunter had gone to
the market.They went to the market too.They saw the game on the table and Sarah went
towards the game ,but before she could take the game,the hunter took her.He said,”We wait for
Alen.”Suddenly Peter jumped and bit the hunter.And Sarah could run from the hunter.And
suddenly Alen came with the police car and saw Sarah and July and found Peter behind the
broken TVs,and then they went back to the home.Sarah started the game so she dropped the
dices.It was:It is much too late to run away.The water is coming here today!Suddenly rain
started and it was turn to flood .They started to swim and it was near to die.But suddenly the
door was opened and water went out.And after that they went upstairs and started to play.Alen
threw the dices and the written words were appeared:Be careful!You’re falling through
it.Suddenly Alen fall through the floor like butter.Judy quickly dropped the dices and this
appeared:There something you must know.Sometjhing it’s back that you must go.And then
Alen didn’t fell down and stoppedand the floor dried,but Sarah ‘s hand remained into the dried
floor and couldn’t move.Then Peter threw the dices and the written things was:Want a
hand?well,you wait ,wehave eight.suddenly a spider as big as a cat appeared.Quickly Judy put
the dices into Sarah’s mouth and Sarah threw them by her mouth.New words were:Listen to
the noise it’s making.An animal?No the house is breaking!And then the floor broke down and
the board fall down .But Alen got the board and took the dices ,but a sound came from his
behind.He was the hunter.The hunter said to him to threw the dices and he threw them.After
that the hunter pointed at Alen,but it was very late because Alen was a winner,and suddenly the
hunter was disappeared.All of things backed to the past time.Now Sarah was thirteen and Alen
was twelve .It was 1969.
1995
.Now Alen and Sarah were big.They were invited to the party which they saw Judy and Peter
there.But they didn’t know Alen and Sarah but they,Alen ana Sarah,know them.The end.
