the stream of FIRE SERVICE, as B.Sc. (FIRE) course three years integrated degree with the Practical
Industrial Hazards Exposure & Risk Analysis in the assorted firms; presented by honorable GUJARAT
UNIVERSITY.
Professional Experience:
1- Currently, I am working with UPAL Developers Pvt. Ltd. (Phoenix United- Lucknow)
as Sr. Executive (Fire/Safety) since May-2011 to till date.
2- I have also employed with ROSA POWER SUPPLY COMPANY LIMITED (RELIANCE
Project of 2400 MW Power Generation Unit)- Shahjahanpur (Uttar Pradesh), as In-charge of
Fire Station / Fire Officer from Oct-2009 to April-2011.
3- Earlier, I was associated with “INDIA GLYCOLS LIMITED” Petroleum based Chemical Plant
-Kashipur (Uttarakhand) as a Asst. Fire & Safety Officer / (Shift In-Charge ) in Fire & Safety
Section within Health Safety Environment Department from Aug-2008 to Sep-2009.
Key Responsibilities:








To Provide Intensive & Inductive Fire Safety Training at regular intervals.
Fire Station administration, man management of deptt.
To issue Hot Job Work Permit & ensure implementation of Work Permit System.
To develop database of all reportable Fire/Incident/Accident/Injury & testing records of all safety
equipments (PPEs).
To ensure usage of PPEs by regular & contract employees while carrying out various jobs.
To ensure Shutdown & Startup safety coverage activity.
Allotment of duties to the subordinates as & when required..
Responsible for periodic checking, testing & maintenance of portable Fire Fighting Systems like
Fire Extinguishers, Fire Buckets as well as inspection of fixed Fire Fighting Systems like
Hydrants, Sprinkler, Dry/Wet Riser, Water Monitor, HVWS & LVWS, Gas Flooding etc.















Supervision & Operation of Fire Pump House.
Maintenance of fire fighting system & fire tenders
To update records related with fire equipments and fire station.
Hazardous Material Risk Assessment/Fire-Load Analysis/Accident Prevention & suggest
remedial measures.
To participate in internal safety audits as team member and follow up for the implementation of
recommendation.
To conduct Fire Evacuation Mock Drills with the co-ordination of internal & external agencies.
Development & updating of emergency preparedness plan.
To conduct Fire Drills/PT/IT/Parade & co-ordination/co-operation with Local Fire Brigade
Department .
Operation/Maintenance/Testing of smoke & heat Sensitive fire Detectors for use in automatic
addressable fire alarm.
Knowledge of fire safety code / standards as per TAC / NBC / NFPA.
Capable of handling major fire & critical situation.
To take fire safety round daily to identify hazards such as the unsafe acts & unsafe condition at
the site & taking its corrective action.
Attending site fire safety meeting on weekly basis.
Assist in the incident investigation & follow up action for effective implementation of corrective
& preventive measures.
Undertake fire safety training programme / observation tour / exhibition etc.
