It is just barely 5 months to go before the very exciting 16th International Kids VillageAUSTRALIA. God is revealing to us His power and miracle as He continues to make it possible for us to
go to Australia for this event!
The 16th IKV Transportation Committee will be offering Visa processing and Flight Booking
through our accredited travel Agency for the 16th IKV in Australia. Delegates who prefer to have their
Visa and Flight bookings be arranged by our accredited travel agency should be guided accordingly of
the following:
AUSTRALIA VISA PROCESSING REQUIREMENTS



PHP 8,000 PER PAX (TOTAL)
PHP 6,500 Visa Fee (per person GUARANTEED UNTIL DEC 2012 ONLY)
PHP 500 (courier)
PHP 1000 (service fee)
Note: Visa processing fee is subject to change and might increase by January 2013
Completely filled up Application Form 456. (Please refer to attached file.)
Gather all supporting documents to be attached with application, namely:
a. Two (2) passport size photographs
b. Passport valid for six months on the last day of intended stay as well as previous
passport
c. Evidence of your proposed business in Australia e.g. conference registration, letter of
invitation
d. An original plus photocopy of an employment certificate showing your income, period of
employment, relevant experience and qualifications
e. A copy of recent personal bank statement and/or passbooks showing a history of your
account plus an original and a copy of bank certificate verifying the current balance of
your accounts.
Note: All bank certificates should contain a waiver of rights to release information to a
third party.
f. If you are a business owner kindly submit photocopy as well as original copy of
Certificate of Registration; bank certificate verifying the balance of your account; details
of any business contacts and proposed activities.
g. If you are travelling with family members, original and photocopy of marriage certificate
and children birth certificate authenticated by NSO
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR:
CHILD APPLICANT (UNDER 18 YEARS OLD)
a. An original plus a copy of birth certificate from NSO on their security paper
b. School certificate, Proof of enrollment and copy of School ID
c. Contact details of both parents *Full details of the visit including full name, date of birth
and contact details of the person travelling with the person with whom the child will be
staying in Australia
d. If travelling unaccompanied by either parents, an original plus a copy of DSWD Travel
Clearance (please refer to the attached file)
e. If travelling by one parent, original and photocopy of written consent of the nontravelling parent plus two forms of identification for the non-travelling parent which
includes signature
Note: if there are custody issues in relation to child applicants, further documentation
may be required.
VISA PROCESSING GUIDELINES THRU OUR ACCREDITED TRAVEL AGENCY:
1. Secure a copy of the Endorsement letter from your respective CFC Sector Head, CFC Provincial
Area Head or CFC Country Head.
(Endorsement letter will be our basis for releasing the invitation letter from CFC Australia which is one of
the requirements for the VISA processing)
2. Send a copy of the Endorsement Letter to kfctransportation@cfckidsforchrist.com as soon as
the Endorsement letter is available.

5. An initial run of Submission of requirements will be on November 23 & 30, 2012 at the CFC
Global Mission Office, where Agency representatives will be facilitating queries and
documentation of requirements in visa processing. Submission of requirements beyond these
dates will be facilitated at the CRISTINA TRAVEL CORPORATION Office.
