CHARLOTTE – Michelle Menard, president and CEO of
Choice Translating, Inc., has been named inaugural chair of the Small
Business and Technology Development Center’s new Regional Chairs
Council. The RCC is led by and for the benefit of the regional advisory chairs to exchange ideas and consider best practices to improve the effectiveness of the SBTDC’s regional advisory boards. Menard, who founded Choice Translating in 1995, is chair of the Southern Piedmont Regional
Advisory Board.
