TENDER NOTICE
Invitation to submit a proposal for the
Hardware Maintenance Services (MG324)

MSI maintains the second generation of contactless smart card payment system in Singapore for public
transport fare payment in rails and buses. MSI wishes to engage a Contractor to provide hardware
maintenance services including workshop repairs for the electronic devices and wireless network
equipment.
Contract Details
Type of Equipments:
Electronic devices, Workstation, UPS, network devices, servers, wireless
communication devices, access points, firewalls etc.
Contract Start Date:
1 May 2014 (Estimated)
Contract End Date:
31 December 2020.
Eligibility
The bidder shall have at least 2 years of relevant experience in either installation, maintenance or
workshop repair of electronic equipment.

Date:
From 19 March 2014 onwards.
Tender Document Fee:
A fee of $15 is required upon collection. Payment are to be made by
cheque to “MSI Global Pte Ltd”.
