MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Meet and exceed AOP of assigned territory by promoting, selling and servicing Medtronic’s
product through professional sales technique, product service and long term customer
relationship.
MAIN JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES









Achieve sales revenue and market share targets in assigned territory, by promoting
Medtronic pacemakers, implantable defibrillators and EP catheters to electrophysiologists,
cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, cath lab and clinic nurses, purchase staffs.
Service existing and new customers by providing technical support during implants and
follow-ups.
Increase therapy usage accounts by enhancing the awareness through seminars and
workshops.
Maintain and enhance market share by promoting new products and exercising diligent
account management.
Exercising team work especially in cases coverage to ensure the country AOP is met or
exceeded.
Maintain in-service by providing therapy training to the existing and new customers.
Maintain accurate information per account and present account data in terms of implants
unit, ASP, competitors’ activities and customers’ activities on a monthly basis.
Develop monthly forecast and plan.
Ensure customer order cycle is complete within 30 days.

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge / Education
 Minimum requirement: Bachelor
degree in medical/biomedical
engineering/ Pharmacy/ Nursing
Job Experience
 1 to 2 years sales experience ;
preferably 2+ year sales experience
in medical device field
