VPMP has its governing council as well as advisory body. They meet twice a
year. The meetings of the Governing body are held quarterly and various
decisions regarding the development of the institute are discussed and the
Principal is given powers to implement the decisions as per the plans.

Admissions are given by CENTRAL DIPLOMA ADMISSION COMMITTEE of the
Government of Gujarat as per the merit list prepared on the basis of application received as
per norms laid down by the Government of Gujarat. All the seats have been surrendered to
admission committee for professional Diploma courses and all seats are filled strictly on
merit.
