2. Submit fixtures check-cards after. It will be considered everything in order if the paper is not submitted.
Rooms will be checked upon the check-card list, leaving the dormitory.
3. When leaving the dormitory, room inspection is required and must return the keys. Leaving the room without an inspection
will cause following disadvantages. Dormitory rejection & Refund: room cleaning (\5,000) and key production cost (\15,000)
will be subtracted from the deposit.
4. After receiving room keys, Woojungwon holds no liabilities for the lost properties.
5. You will be able to reserve your room and receive the Dormitory application when you pay the boarding fees with filling out
this form.

Agreement
I, who has agreed to the condition of entering Woojungwon dormitory, will live with the attitude and abide by
the regulations of the dormitory. If, I violate rules of Woojungwon, I will suffer any kinds of punishments.
Moreover, I pledge not to receive a refund on the remainder of the accommodation fees in a case I need to
leave the dormitory violating rules. I read the whole regulation which prescribe to the dormitory residents.
and I promise to be faithful to the whole rules of dormitory. If I break the rules, I will surely be responsible
for that.
