Dr. Bert Tanner and I are proposing a special issue of the IEEE Control
Systems Magazine: http://www.ieeecss.org/PAB/csm/ that focuses on links
between complex networks and interconnected control systems. We both
felt that your contribution to this special issue would be very
important and useful.
Attached please find a brief description of our vision for this special
issue. We would be very glad if you agree to submit a paper and look
forward to your positive reply. In order to keep with the special
issue's deadline, we would appreciate receiving your answer by October
30, 2004.
Shortly thereafter, we will be requesting a short abstract
(1-2 pages) from each of the potential contributors.
