Booking Procedures
1. The request will be submitted via CEDARS for approval by Estates Office.
2. Bookings can be made up to three months in advance but at least 10 working days prior
to the first day of the intended booking period.
3. The completed form should reach Miss Yvonne So of CEDARS via email at
soyufong@hku.hk.
Note:
Incubation service will only be provided to the approved student group /student project
according to the scope of support stated in the project proposal(s).
