The Great Gatsby Vocabulary Words
1. You are responsible for the words in each chapter on. On this paper, indicate the: part of speech,
definition, and copy a sentence from the book (in the designated chapter) where the word is used. The first
example is done for you.
2. Use the etext of Gatsby to find these words. (use this one—or Google the words “Gatsby e-text”)

There will also be two vocabulary quizzes for Gatsby:
o The first will cover only the words in Chapters 1-5, and it will be on May 13
