Delegating-Why so hard for nurses to do?
In today’s world of scarce resources, it is important to look at each person’s job role in
relationship to what needs to be done. Unfortunately, many RN’s still have an issue with
“delegating” tasks to others. Instead, these RN’s take on tasks that can be assigned to other
