EVENTS
INDIVIDUAL, UNISEX: Open, Master (B)
If motorcycles are provided by the Host, a deposit may be required.
For 2003: The maximum number of competitors will be 100 riders
Each rider will pay a deposit of 500 Euros to be able to use a motorcycle
provided by the Host
In case of fall, exit of the course, damage or breakdown of the
motorcycle, the Host will keep the deposit to be able to repair
the motorcycle
BRACKETING/SCHEDULING
A mandatory riders' meeting will be held prior to the first event.
2 days of competition will be scheduled.
First day:
4 classification races, each one of 15 laps, will be carried out. There will not be more than 25
riders per race.
Just before each race, 5 warm-up laps following the “Pace Car” will take place. After that, riders
will be placed on the starting grid as established by the Race Director.
Second day:
The best 25 riders participating in both categories and selected among the best times of the
previous day’s classification races will take part in a final race.
Before this final race, 5 warm-up laps following the “Pace Car” will take place.
Grid positions will be determined according to the best times scored in the
classification races.
15 laps will make up the final race.

When the finish signal is displayed, riders will complete a whole lap until they get to the pits. In case
of a tie, the winner shall be determined on the basis of the finish of the final classification race.
GENERAL RULES
MOTORCYCLES:
Displacement or motorcycle class limits will be approved by the WPFGF Director for MotorcycleTrack Race
For 2003: All riders will participate with a 600 cc motorcycle, offered by the Host. The
bikes will be the same for all riders.
Bikes and their elements (tires, fuel, spare parts, etc) will be the same for all
riders, too.
No modifications to these motorcycles are allowed.
Host will supply fuel and may charge riders for fuel.
PROTECTIVE CLOTHING:
Riders will supply their own helmet, gloves, boots, and leather or other material 1-piece suit (2-piece
suits, zipped or not, are deliberately forbidden).
This equipment must meet the F.I.M. technical regulations. It must be worn perfectly fastened and
riders will wear their own clothing.
Equipment must pass a preliminary technical inspection.
RIDER IDENTIFICATION:
The Host will provide each motorcycle with a number. Wearing numbers on the riders’ suits,
helmets, etc. will be forbidden.
Other General Rules:
If, during the race, an incident (bad weather conditions, serious accident or any other cause) risks
security or prevents the normal course of the competition, the Race Director may stop, postpone or
cancel competition.
Maneuvers consisting of riding against the course direction are forbidden.
In case of accident or breakdown, riders will ride their bikes off of the course to a place that does not
present a hazard for competition and always out of the way of other riders.

If in the Race Directors opinion any rider does not demonstrate skills that would make him/her
competitive or safe to himself/herself or other riders, the Race Director must disqualify that rider and
remove him/her from the course.
The Race Director and Assistants will be entitled to stop any motorcycle if the rider has committed
an infringement or his/her bike’s condition can be a hazard for him/her or for the rest of riders. The
black flag or the black one with a red dot showing a bike’s number on the finishing line will indicate
that the rider of that bike must stop.
Maximum speed on the Pit Lane will be 40 Km/h. Only previously authorized persons will be
allowed to stay on the Pit Lane and pits. No one under 16 years old is not allowed to move around
these areas. Smoking, lighting fires and leaving gas containers on the Pit Lane and pits are equally
forbidden.
Riders riding to the end of the Pit Lane in order to come back to the course will have to notice the
exit traffic lights signals and control the rest of bikes when entering the course.
Overtaking is completely forbidden during the 5 warm-up laps.
