Description
We host on wso2.org, the static html documents created by project teams for releases. The
htmls use the OT themed css files and tracking code script is been added inside the body
manually to each html.
Can we use a php script to include the tracking code, so that we can have it in one central
location for easy updates.
Is there a better way of applying the OT theme and tracking code to these static html files?

We need to get the wso2.org footer on these static html pages too. This footer with copyrights
mark and other links, along with the Tracking code (and other OT theme styling) should be
applied through one centralized file. (may be a php include file)
