their needs, recording the number of passengers and the availability of the
accommodations, keeping the rooms keys, paging some reminders like safety
reminders, breakfast, lunch, dinner schedules, location updates and other
announcements. I am also responsible on taking immediate action on passenger
complaints and giving out information about the ships facilities.

As a trainee under House-Keeping Department I am responsible on keeping my
assigned accommodation clean and safe from any hazards, making sure to apply the
basic cleaning procedures any time and follow up from time to time. I am also
responsible on making sure on meeting the right standard of setting up the bunks at
the state rooms, cabins, tourist, and first class to economy class accommodations.

As a trainee at Food and Beverage Department I am responsible on making sure
that the area was clean and furnished. I am responsible on setting up the tables, taking
orders, reserving, bussing out, and portioning food and making sure to keep the food
clean and safe to eat.
