ambulance, monitor the casualty until help arrives.

Do not: move the casualty. Do: reassure them, tell them not to move, place your
hands over their ears to keep the head still, call an ambulance.
12. What kind of dressing should you apply to a burn?
A non-fluffy, sterile dressing or clean piece of material. Cling film is ideal.
