This form can only be used for visiting researchers currently enrolled as a higher degree research candidate at
another Australian institution. Please note that the home institution is responsible for managing the candidature as
visiting researcher does not have student status at UNSW. For candidates coming from an overseas institution
please see information on the practicum program run by UNSW International. For coursework students please
contact Rebecca Kimber (r.kimber@unsw.edu.au) in UNSW Admissions.
This form must be completed in conjunction with an OSA02 Online Services Access form. Both forms must be signed
by the Head of School before being sent to the IT Service Desk.

of the proposed short-term stay at UNSW and evidence of public liability and personal accident insurance
