Bottom frame
Made of solid hollow sections with connections for

element. Prepared for installation onto on-site

Stable construction made of aluminium with integrated
drive tray as well as connections for blocking element,
guiding element and cross element and anti-climbing
device.
 Rotor for 120°-Slewing arc
Centre post made of aluminium profile Ø 110 mm, with
bottom bearing, diameter of outer edge of rotor blocking
arms: 1300 mm needed, so that a convenient passage
is ensured. Aluminium blocking arms (48,34 mm
diameter) welded to centre post in 3 rows one below the
other at 120°. Distance of rotor blocking arms one
below the other approx. 182 mm.
Deflecting element:
Consisting of an oval aluminium profile 270 x 93 mm
with multifunctional fixture for round tubes and
horizontal blocking element steel pipe ¾“, aluminium
pipe ø 48,34mm.
Guiding element:
Consisting of an oval aluminium profile 270 x 93 mm
with multifunctional fixture for round tubes (Ø48,43mm).

Function:
The electric motor operated turnstile with Tournamatic® X drive is freely accessible in two directions and
in addition electrically locked. The respective opposite
direction is blocked via an electro-mechanical nonreturn device. An electric motor drive prevents
overspeeding of the rotor.
After individual release in the chosen direction the user
manually engages the drive by light pressure on the
blocking arms of the rotor for a motor assisted passage.
Reversing is not possible. The rotor will be locked in the
end position..
Control:
The turnstile is fitted with a freely programmable control
board. The following access functions are possible:
- individual release in both directions
- permanently free in one direction (after pushbutton
use)
- permanently free in both directions (after pushbut- ton use)
- individual release in one direction, permanently free in
the other direction(after pushbutton use)
- connection facility for operating device such as card
reader, coin acceptor, etc.
- automatic locking after elapsed time (TIME-OUT)
- locking in entry direction in case of power failure
- connection of signal lights
- start-up memory for high passage efficiency
