DIRECTIONS to DELAND BOARD ROOM at BWH:
The Deland Board Room is located on the 4th floor of the Peter Bent Brigham (15 Francis
Street) building.
Entering from 75 Francis St.: Turn right as you enter from the street, and take the stairs
at the rear of the lobby to the 2nd floor. Turn left at the top of the staircase and follow “The
Pike” until you see the overhead sign for the Peter Bent Brigham/15 Francis Street building.
Just before you enter the PBB lobby, there is a security desk on the left. The elevator and
stairs are next to the security desk. Proceed to the 4th floor. The Deland Board Room is on
the left when you exit the stairs or elevator.
Entering from 45 Francis St.: Go straight through the lobby, pass the valet parking desk,
and turn right at the hallway. Follow “The Pike” until you see the overhead sign for the
Peter Bent Brigham/15 Francis Street building. Just before you enter the PBB lobby, there
is a security desk on the left. The elevators and stairs are next to the security desk. Proceed
to the 4th floor. The Deland Board Room is on the left when you exit the stairs or elevator.
DIRECTIONS to SHAPIRO BOARD ROOM and SHAPIRO BREAKOUT ROOM
The Shapiro Board Room and Breakout Room are in the BWH Shapiro Cardiovascular
Center, located at 70 Francis Street (across from the 75 Francis St. entrance to BWH).
As you enter from Francis Street, proceed toward the rear of the building, past the
escalators on the left. Enter the double doors on the right for the Shapiro Conference
Center.
The Shapiro Board Room is straight ahead.
The Shapiro Breakout Room is on the left.
DIRECTIONS TO TRUSTEES ROOM at MGH:
The Trustees Room is located on the 2nd floor of the Bulfinch building at MGH.
As you enter from the Fruit Street Main Entrance to the hospital, walk straight ahead and
turn right after Coffee Central. Walk to the end of the hallway to the set of stairs. Walk up
one flight - turn left and enter the door on the left into the sitting area. The Trustees Room
is on the right.
