Two sub-committees of the Council are:
 Parent’s Club - organizes fundraising activities throughout the school.
 BINGO – organizes our licensed Lottery BINGO

Please consider joining the School Advisory Council (SAC) for our monthly
meetings. As a school council member you can help your council discover new
and exciting ways to contribute to the education of students at Southwood
school. Education is a partnership involving parents, students, teachers,
administration and the community. Your involvement in the School Advisory
Council gives you the opportunity to strengthen that partnership, and to be part of
a dedicated team working to ensure a high quality of education. Your
participation can make a difference!
