‫הרצאה שנתית בתיאוריה של המשפט‬

‫הרצאת צגלה השנתית הרביעית בתיאוריה של המשפט התקיימה ב‪ 17-‬במרץ ‪ .2011‬המרצה היה פרופ' נוח‬
‫פלדמן מאוניברסיטת הרוורד‪ ,‬קמברידג'‪ ,‬ארה"ב‪ .‬נושא ההרצאה היה‪ :‬מדינה אסלאמית ודמוקרטית‪:‬‬
‫השוואות ושאלות‪ .‬המגיב היה פרופ' מיכאיל קרייני‪ .‬ההרצאה הייתה פתוחה לקהל הרחב‪.‬‬
‫ביום שלאחר ההרצאה השנתית קיים פרופ' פלדמן קולוקיום שהיה פתוח לקהל מצומצם של מוזמנים‪.‬‬
‫במסגרת הקולוקוויום נערך דיון בפרקים ‪ 5‬ו‪ 7-‬מתוך ספרו של פרופ' פלדמן ‪ .Divided by God‬השתתפו‬
‫כמגיבים‪ :‬פרופ' רון חריס (אוניברסיטת תל‪-‬אביב)‪ ,‬פרופ' רות הלפרין‪-‬קדרי (אוניברסיטת בר‪-‬אילן) וד"ר‬
