at, or visiting, the wider ICFL site.

CASHIER
KEY TASKS:
Cash

To count and record all receipts from all activities undertaken by the Centre for Life

To make up cash floats for tills and when necessary, empty tills and deliver and exchange
change

To prepare banking for the cash centre via the cash carrier

To reconcile all cash and investigate and report all discrepancies

To post all cash related entries onto the Navision accounting system and reconcile accounts
as appropriate
Statistics

To record, verify and circulate daily numbers on visitors, revenue, spend per head etc

To record, verify and circulate comparisons against budget

To prepare any other statistics as defined by the Finance Director
Other

To provide cover for other members of the Finance team as and when required

Any other duties as defined by the Finance Director
