MILITARY TIME
Military time is based on a 24-hour day. Hours are numbered 1 through 24 and are
recorded first. The last two digits indicate the minute after the hour. Military time does
not exceed 2400 hours. For example, midnight is recorded as 2400; and one minute past
midnight is 0001.
