Board Certification of No Over expenditures
Through the adoption of this resolution, we, the Lakewood Board of Education, pursuant to
N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-16.10, certify that as of June 30, 2011 a preliminary review of the Board
Secretary’s monthly financial report and upon consultation with other appropriate district
officials, that to the best of our knowledge no major account or fund has been over-expended
in violation of N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-16.10 and that sufficient funds are available to meet the
district’s financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year.
K. Acceptance of the preliminary Treasurer’s and Secretary Reports for the month ending June
30, 2011. The Treasurer of School Moneys and the Board Secretary’s reports are in balance
for the cash receipts and disbursements for the month ending June 30, 2011.

burglar Alarm Monitoring in the amount of $10,812.00 beginning on July 1, 2011 – June 30,
