Learning Outcome
• Specific statement about what the participants will
be able to do as a result of the session or
education
• Learning outcomes should be achievable and
realistic, and start with active verbs
Assessment Techniques
• The process to determine or measure the
learning progress of the participant as a result of
the session or education
• Assessment differs from evaluation. Evaluation is
a measure of the effectiveness or value of the
session or education
