• Communicated daily with Linksys CEO as his advisor on topics of design, branding, operations efficiency and new business.
• Designed the Linksys brand design language guidelines for packaging and assets which defined the brand for over a decade.
• Optimized RMA processes which dramatically reduced labor requirements and improved efficiency significantly.
• Implemented the first use of screenshots and hardware visuals in the user guides which dramatically reduced technical support
call volumes and call times, and was later adopted industry wide.
