To help you support your child’s learning in school we would
like to remind you of the following:

Please ensure that your child brings their book bag to
school every day so that they can choose a book to share
with you at home.

Please continue to support your child’s reading at home by
listening to them read as often as you can and sign in their
school planner. 15 minutes a day would be great.

Please continue to support your child learning their
multiplication tables up to 10 x 10.

Please ensure that your child has a water bottle for the
classroom with fresh water in it each day.

PE for Year 4 is on Monday (swimming in the mornings)
and on Friday (games in the afternoon.) Please ensure
that your child has their PE kit in school. Their PE kit
should include a t-shirt, shorts, jumper, trousers, socks
and plimsolls or trainers. Can we remind you that no
jewellery is allowed and long hair should be tied back. If
your child has pierced ears, they should only wear small
studs. All PE kit should be named.
If you would like to help in school as a volunteer, then please see
your class teacher or the office so that police checks (DBS) can
be made and an induction meeting arranged with Mrs Frampton.
If you have any queries, then please see your child’s class
teacher.
Thank you
Mr Wallace, Miss Southam & Mrs Gaines
