Established BRIGITTA I. RAHAYOE & PARTNERS (formerly BIR&S), after more than a decade of
association with Ali Budiardjo, Nugroho, Reksodiputro. She is a law graduate of Universitas
Indonesia majoring in Private International Law. Prior to, and during her legal studies, Ms.
Rahayoe served as an executive assistant to managers in investment companies in the drilling
and the pharmaceutical sectors in Indonesia. In 1986-1987 Mrs. Rahayoe worked with foreign
law offices in New York and Amsterdam. She speaks Indonesian and English fluently.

Given her outstanding experience as a partner
in Ali Budiardjo, Nugroho, Reksodiputro
(ABNR), Mrs. Rahayoe, as Managing Partner,
managed to establish her private law firm,
Brigitta I. Rahayoe & Associates (BR&A) in
1996. The firm
enhanced significantly by
maintaining quite a number of prospective local
and international major clients with the initial
support of one partner and five associates.
Since 2003, the firm had rapidly developed its
working relationship in association with
Deacons. At present, the firm consisted of two
partners, three foreign counsels, eleven
associates, three paralegals and supported by
eighteen administration staffs.
