Job Summary:
To develop and execute UK marketing strategy that drives Lead
Generation in our key vertical markets
Reporting directly to the UK Managing Director, you will also have a responsibility to the Global
Corporate Marketing Manager and accountability for 1 team member.
You will deliver programs to generate prospect opportunities in our target markets and from our
existing customers. You will drive strong lead generation activity resulting in increased revenue. In
this role, you will be responsible for all operational aspects of effective campaign
development/deployment. You will take ownership of all marketing initiatives from initial concept
through to implementation and execution. You will also be responsible for delivering and
documenting detailed return on marketing investment (ROMI) measurement and reporting.
Your responsibilities include managing the marketing relationship with Microsoft across a broad
range of lead generation activities including: demand generation, webinars, events, trade shows
and customer-specific events. Maintaining and initiating interaction with customers, agencies,
media, partners and employees at every level of the organisation.
Main Duties:

Develop and execute the UK Marketing Plan incorporating the full marketing mix.

Lead generation campaign development and execution including direct marketing, event
management and digital marketing.

Manage online activities, including SEO, PPC and email marketing.

Manage the use of CRM and ensure the database is up-to-date.

Work with and manage the output of external agencies to support lead generation campaign
activities.

Manage the marketing relationship with Microsoft including responsibility for the Microsoft
Partner Network.

Manage the key marketing relationships with agencies and media.

Generate regular ROI metrics and reports to monitor the progress of the marketing plan and
communicate this to the management team.

Work closely with Columbus Sales Director and Sales team to support them in the sales cycle.

Manage the relationship with the Global Corporate Marketing Team to ensure the UK derives
the maximum benefit from global campaigns.

Develop and execute customer marketing plans to enhance customer satisfaction and
revenue.

Take full responsibility for the performance management, all employee relations matters and
the day to day supervision of operational tasks for team members.

Provide guidance, mentoring and support to team members.

All other duties commensurate with this role.
