Connection of Kaba exos 9300 to SAP® ERP HCM offers solutions with full process orientation. Together with SAP® R/3®
HR Time, Kaba exos manages and controls all peripherals and
forwards the registered bookings directly to SAP® ERP HCM.
Data communication between individual SAP® modules and
the Kaba recording peripherals is efficient and fully automatic.
Even connections to job data collection systems or in a canteen
environment are possible. The wide range of applications
leaves you a great deal of scope for your individual solution.
Enhance efficiency
The Kaba exos interface to SAP® ERP HCM cuts back your administration work considerably. This is especially advantageous in the hustle and bustle of everyday business. It is, for
example, very convenient when employees leave or join the
company, or if temporary personnel is frequently hired. All
persons are only registered once, and redundant data storage
is prevented. You also benefit from this sophisticated but
convenient solution if a badge is lost – all access rights of the
respective employee are transferred to a transition badge in
one step. Kaba exos manages these badge data independently.
Access with the employee badge is only possible when the transition badge has been returned. This is performed fully automatically and without affecting SAP® ERP HCM.
