“GLEE” STAR MATTHEW MORRISON KICKS-OFF THE OSCAR MAYER BRAND’S
GOOD MOOD MISSION WITH FIRST LIVE PERFORMANCE OF HIS SOLO CAREER
America Invited to Join the Good Mood Mission for a Chance to
Win $100,000 to Do Something Good in Their Community
(Madison, Wisc. - Jan. 25, 2011) – When was the last time you saw someone hold the
door open or even say, thank you? In this hectic, time-crunched world, the Oscar Mayer brand
believes we could all use a little more good in our day. So in 2011, the brand that’s been creating
good moods over good food for more than 125 years is encouraging Americans to do something
good through the Oscar Mayer Good Mood Mission.
We’ll kick it off with an Oscar Mayer Carving Board Concert featuring “Glee” star Matthew
Morrison in the first live performance of his solo career, including a song from his debut record. In
addition, the Oscar Mayer brand and Matthew Morrison will do something good by making a
$50,000 donation to the GRAMMY Foundation, an organization dedicated to preserving our musical
heritage and fostering the next generation of music makers.
“I’m excited to kick-off the Good Mood Mission by bringing people together for my first
public performance.” said Morrison. “I’m also happy to join the Oscar Mayer brand to support
something very important to me, music education, through a $50,000 donation to the GRAMMY
Foundation.”
Oscar Mayer Carving Board Concert
The Oscar Mayer Carving Board Concert will be on Saturday, January 29th, noon PST live at
The Grove in Los Angeles with select songs from Matthew’s performance featured via live stream
on Facebook.com/OscarMayer. Anyone can gain access to the show by clicking “Like” at
Facebook.com/Oscar Mayer. In addition, the first 200,000 people to share something good on
Facebook will also receive a coupon for new Oscar Mayer Carving Board Meats.

ABOUT THE GRAMMY FOUNDATION
The GRAMMY Foundation® was established in 1989 to cultivate the understanding, appreciation and advancement of the contribution of
recorded music to American culture — from the artistic and technical legends of the past to the still unimagined musical breakthroughs of
future generations of music professionals. The Foundation accomplishes this mission through programs and activities that engage the
music industry and cultural community as well as the general public. The Foundation works in partnership year-round with its founder,
The Recording Academy ®, to bring national attention to important issues such as the value and impact of music and arts education and
the urgency of preserving our rich cultural heritage. Campbell's Labels For Education program is proud to be the official education partner
of the GRAMMY in the Schools® programs. For more information, please visit www.grammyintheschools.com.
