Lowe’s Motor Speedway (LMS) assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, destroyed,
misplaced or forgotten tickets.
Before approaching an entry gate, please separate the admission ticket from the
name and address panel to allow a quicker entry process. Tickets obtained from
sources other than LMS may be lost, stolen or counterfeited. In such cases, these
tickets will not be honored. LMS prohibits the resale of tickets, at any value, on
LMS property.

If you have arranged for credentials and they have been approved and confirmed
prior to race week, you may pick them up at the following times. The credential
office is located near Entrance P off Morehead Road (behind the speedway). Photo
ID required.

For The Speedway Club Members Only: Only credentials (Guest Passes) requested
through The Speedway Club Sales Office may be picked up in the Club Sales Office
one week prior to race week during normal business hours (Monday through Friday,
9 AM – 5 PM). On race days, The Speedway Club members may pick up their credentials on the first floor of Smith Tower when gates open.

GUESTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Reserved Wheelchair Parking: Reserved spaces are available ONLY to accommodate the purchasers of tickets in the wheelchair seating areas. All vehicles must have
a handicap placard/tag, registration and the photo ID of the person in the vehicle
whose name is on the handicap placard/tag. These spaces are limited and LMS
parking stickers are provided for the following lots:
1. 4th Turn Terrace Wheelchair Reserved Parking between Gates 2 & 3
2. Ford Wheelchair Reserved Parking at Entrance L off Morehead Road near
Gates 7 & 8
3. Diamond Tower Wheelchair Reserved Parking outside the backstretch near the
Concord Water Tower
Unreserved Handicap Parking: State-issued handicap tags will allow access to
designated lots across Highway 29 between the pedestrian bridges at Gates 2 and 3.
Lots marked unreserved VIP parking accommodate handicap patrons. All vehicles
must have a handicap placard/tag, registration and the photo ID of the person in the
vehicle whose name is on the handicap placard/tag. Limited unreserved handicap
parking spaces are located in the following areas:
1. *NEW LOCATION* On the perimeter road across from Gate 20/25 behind the
Diamond Tower Terrace in Turn Two. This location now includes designated
trams, shuttles, and/or golf carts.
2. Outside Turn 4 Tunnel
3. On the perimeter road across from the main Ticket Office
*All areas are filled on a first come, first served basis.
*Driving directions for unreserved handicap parking can be found under the Transportation &
Parking section located on page 22.
Seating – Wheelchair Reserved: 4th Turn Terrace selected sections (Gate 2); Ford
Upper Deck row 46 (Gates 6, 7); Diamond Tower Terrace at main concourse level
(NNSC events only); Jewel Box selected sections (NNSC events only).
Shuttle Service: A complimentary golf cart shuttle service is offered from the
unreserved handicap parking area across Highway 29 between the pedestrian
bridges. Guests in need of assistance getting to their
seats may be picked up at any Nationwide Race
Information Station located throughout the speedway
or other handicap lots.

Pit access times are limited. The pit area will be accessible up to 30 minutes before
race time. Access hours are subject to change without advance notification. When
cars are on the track, the pit areas may be cleared due to safety concerns.

The Lowe's Motor Speedway Gift Shop opens at 8 a.m. on race days.
Feel The Thrill Tour includes a close-up look at areas that are off-limits on race days.
Visit the NEXTEL Cup garage, travel down pit road and take a picture in Victory Circle.
The highlight of this half-hour tour is a comfortable van ride around the
superspeedway where you will feel the full-tilt force of the 24-degree banking. Feel The
Thrill Tours are available on non-event days Monday through Saturday 9:30 a.m., 10:30
a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 3:30 p.m. and Sunday 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Admission is $5 per person. Group tours are also available by reservation. Walk in

THE SPEEDWAY CLUB
The Speedway Club opened in 1987 to provide a luxurious atmosphere for those
wishing to entertain in a motorsports environment. The Speedway Club has grown
into one of the largest private clubs of its type in the nation.
Located high above Lowe's Motor Speedway frontstretch, The Speedway Club has
more than 4,500 members who look to the club to assist in entertaining friends and
clients. Open year-round, The Speedway Club's dining room offers the area's finest
cuisine and entertainment, along with a spectacular view of the legendary 1.5-mile
superspeedway.
Members of The Speedway Club also have the opportunity to purchase premium
frontstretch seating for all NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series events at Lowe's Motor
Speedway. Seating opportunities range from climate-controlled Club Suites to openair box seats located on the Club Deck of Ford Tower. The Speedway Club's banquet
facilities can host anything from small meetings to weddings to large banquets with
several hundred guests.
NASCAR fans, experience the race in style with The Speedway Club's Access Pass.
The Access Pass combines reserved frontstretch seating with amenities for one
package price. It includes premium frontstretch seating, dinner in The Speedway
Club, guided pre-race pit tour, reserved parking, souvenir program, pit-passes and
credential holder. Prices vary depending on seating option (New Veranda or
Clubhouse) and event.

WEATHER DELAYS
NASCAR and Lowe’s Motor Speedway determine racing schedules. In the event of a
delay or postponement, all tickets will be honored on the rescheduled race day. If an
event is postponed, the event start time will be determined based on prevailing
weather conditions and at the discretion of NASCAR and LMS. All ticket sales are
final; sorry, no refunds.

BEHAVIOR POLICY
Our goal is to create a high-energy environment to lend support to our participants
while maintaining a wholesome, family-oriented atmosphere. To ensure that all fans
have a pleasant race experience, each patron should act responsibly and be considerate of others. LMS security personnel will respond to complaints and to any
misconduct. Guests who are visibly alcohol-impaired and/or belligerent will be
removed from the LMS facility. Multiple violations may result in revocation of ticket
privileges.
GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS
For your safety and wellbeing, LMS must ask that certain criteria (rules and regulations) be adhered to. We ask for your cooperation and understanding for any
inconvenience that may result.

Camping Rules & Regulations
• Speed limit is 5 MPH.
• All guests and visitors must have a valid photo ID.
• All motorized vehicles must have a valid state license plate or SMI/LMS Golf
Cart Credential. No unauthorized golf carts, motorized bikes, skateboards,
rollerblades, bicycles, scooters, etc. are permitted.
• Camping permitted in designated campgrounds only.
• Vehicle and camping equipment must not extend beyond assigned space.
• Camping tow sticker must be affixed to tow vehicle windshield at all times.
• Camping passes must be displayed in camping unit at all times.
• No generators to be operated between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
• No loud or boisterous activity after 11:00 p.m. till 7:00 a.m.
• Small pets are welcome at our camping facilities (except infield) if they are
leashed, cleaned up after and do not disturb the other guests.
• Pets are not allowed in the bath house or any other public building.
• Pets are not allowed inside LMS gates; this includes the infield and spectator
entrances.
• Pets are not to be left outside at anytime unattended.
• No ground fires or fire rings. Fires must be contained and above ground in an
approved container.
• Excessive drunkenness or lewd behavior will not be tolerated.
• No soliciting or commercial sales permitted.
• No visitors permitted after midnight.
• No firearms, dangerous weapons, or fireworks permitted.
• No scaffolding unless it is safely attached to vehicle.
• No flatbed, box or cube trucks will be permitted.
• Please be aware of all carbon monoxide dangers that can be harmful to you or
other guests.
• Vehicle and generator exhaust MUST be expelled safely into roadways & not
into adjacent campsites.
• Please place trash in receptacles or trash bags provided by LMS.

Infield Information, Rules & Regulations
The infield opens for camping on Friday, October 12, at 6:00 a.m. for the Bank of
America 500 weekend on a reserved basis. Camping space sales are handled by
calling 704-455-4445 or the Ticket Services Department at 1-800-455-FANS (3468).
Additional tickets or tickets for walk-in guests may be purchased at Gates 1 and 26
upon arrival.
Ticket prices: Bank of America 500 - $75 in advance / $100 at the gate.

All fans and visitors must have an infield ticket/credential which must be worn
at all times. Grandstand tickets are not acceptable for admission into the
infield. Photo ID must accompany a credential.
Guests must have a pass out & infield ticket to re-enter.
No grilling during race activities.
No pets permitted in the infield unless service animals assisting disabled
guests.
Scaffolding and flag height restrictions:
South end of the infield (turns 1 & 2) – 7’ 8” maximum.
North end of the infield (turns 3 & 4) - 12 foot maximum.
All approved scaffolding must be safely affixed with a guard rail to approved
vehicles and be within proper height requirements.
No vehicles over 7’ 8” allowed in the south end of the infield.
Only tents, vans, and very small campers are allowed in the south end of the
infield.
No wagon races or other reckless activity that could cause a serious injuries.
Only motor homes & trucks with campers/trailers permitted in the north end of
the infield.
Portable Toilet Rentals
For information regarding portable toilet rentals and RV pumping services, please
contact A Sani-Can at 800-521-8941. Service is provided to the infield and all
campgrounds. Fees will be charged for pumping services.

COUNTERFLOW TRAFFIC
The Department of Transportation will counterflow traffic on the roads surrounding
the speedway (US Highway 29, Morehead Road, Speedway Boulevard, etc.) to facilitate a faster and more efficient traffic flow (traveling to and leaving the speedway).
Additional lanes will be dedicated in the direction needed, or all lanes will be
converted to one way in the direction needed as traffic dictates.
•
US Highway 29 (front of speedway) will be counterflowed to 3 lanes in one
direction and 1 lane in the lesser direction both before and after the race.
•
Speedway Boulevard from I-85 to US Highway 29 will be counterflowed to 3
lanes in one direction and 1 lane in the lesser direction both before and after
races.
•
Morehead Road from Harrisburg to Entrance P on speedway property will be
counterflowed to all lanes in one direction both before and after the race
•
Morehead Road from US Highway 29 West at Entrance will be counterflowed
to all lanes in one direction both before and after the race.

Morehead Road East from US Highway 29 to Mallard Creek Road/Mallard

All golf carts must carry an LMS Golf Cart Permit. Golf cart usage is limited to
working staff, sponsors, third party vendors, and others with special approval from

SHUTTLE & GOLF CART SERVICE SCHEDULE
Nationwide On Your Side Ride shuttle and golf cart service will be running
throughout the race week with stops at various points around the speedway.
Nationwide On Your Side Ride Golf Cart Service– Look for the blue-canopied On Your
Side Ride golf carts, offering you transportation to and from parking areas and
admission gates. The Nationwide On Your Side Ride is staffed by local volunteers
who know their way around LMS and are ready to help all race fans, especially the
elderly, physically challenged fans, and families with children.
Campground Shuttles – The speedway operates 3 types of bus shuttle service on
LMS property:
1. Morehead Farms, Peninsula and Rock City Campgrounds to and from the
shower houses, ticket office, and souvenir row area from 8 AM – 12 Noon
starting on the Monday of each race week.
2. Morehead Farms, Peninsula and Rock City Campgrounds to and from the track
from 1 PM– 12 Midnight on race and pole days.
3. Morehead Farms, Peninsula and Rock City Campgrounds to and from The Dirt
Track during race weeks 2 hours before the event until 2 hours after the event.
Nationwide On Your Side Ride Shuttle Service – A number of shuttle stops are
located throughout the facility including Gates 2, 3, 4, 7/8, 12, 18, 26 and 30, and the
shuttle service runs in a clockwise direction on the perimeter road between these
drop-off points. These shuttles operate on race and qualifying days from 12 Noon
until approximately two hours after the event.
TOWED VEHICLES – WRECKER SERVICE
A number of situations will result in cars being towed to the LMS tow-a-way area.
Vehicles parked in the following situations will be towed:

Vehicles parked in numbered and reserved spaces without the appropriate
parking credential.
Vehicles blocking fire lanes, gates, entrances, emergency exits, other vehicles.
Vehicles in violation will be towed to Nursery Daily Parking (see parking map page ).
If your vehicle has been towed, contact speedway security at 704-455-3220 or speak
to a speedway Customer Service Representative and he/she will assist you with
directions or help you get to security headquarters.
