Emergency Checklist
County Park
Purpose:
The purpose of the Clarion County Continuity of Government/Operations Emergency
Checklists is to identify the essential functions to help keep government operations
operable. The set of checklists will have detailed emergency authorities,
responsibilities, duty locations, and sequences of events that require actions or
implementation during a terrorist event or catastrophic disaster situation.
Emergency Authorities:
The following individuals are legally authorized to exercise all powers and discharge all
the duties of the Clarion County Parks should vacancies, absence, or inability to act
occurs. Individuals are listed in order of succession.

Responsibilities:
The Clarion County Parks is responsible for daily operations of the Countys’ parks
system. This includes scheduling events, reporting and purchasing supplies.
