Organizational & Technological Transformation has been the central theme of my entire career. I
became a successful Change manager, while holding executive positions in 6 different US corporations,
when acquisitions required integrating those business units. Concurrently I provided implementation of
new technology solutions and company-wide businesses process improvement. I transform operating
units using a business model I call the community Enterprise.
My project management experience in; IT systems, expertise in strategic relations, enhanced by my
engineering degree; ability to present to all levels including c-level; and 40 years experience in

For 12 years I provided Business process and change management consulting as MSN Group
SUCCESSES
 As a P&L responsible executive working through six M&A initiated business process and
organizational change management cycles and proved that the right management process could
change the measureable results by as much as 100%, doubling productivity.
 As an M&A turnaround consultant I led the M&A team, performed the due-diligence, negotiated the
acquisition and successfully closed escrow on a technology company for the new Board of Directors,
then reorganized it resolving the negative cash flow.
 As a Business Process re-engineering consultant identified a cost control problem in a major US
Manufacturer that had created a $1.5M inventory loss in 4 months after the Acquisition. Proposed
then led the business process reengineering Change management project to deploy the solution
which entailed upgrading 4 major systems including Kronos Time Keeping, People Soft HR
management, a proprietary Inventory system and a unified reporting system written in crystal reports.
This project grew by add on sales from 90 days to 13 months and resolved the inventory problem
completely.
 While Director of OEM Marketing for a UK manufacturer proposed to the Chairman we restructured
International Marketing out of the USA and UK factories to eliminate internal competition and costs.
A new worldwide business unit was created that became responsible for all marketing worldwide and
generated 27% growth in international business the first year.
 As an IT and Business Process Management consultant I designed and deployed automation solutions
for product development, finance and marketing. Led the migration to the CLOUD with a complete
business process reengineering in an SaaS CRM solution using Salesforce to automate business
processes, track all activity, integrate the business process across all functions, and empower the
management of remote teams of employees in sales, operations, customer service, and finance.
 As an inspirational leader and effective team builder I used DISC technology to match people and
assignments to build highly effective teams and allow the power of synergy to come forth creating an
organization that is more than the sum of its parts.
 While V.P. of Marketing and Sales for 8 years in an International manufacturer I built a successful
International distribution network into 36 countries and generated over $50M in revenue, and had to
operate an entire team in production across multiple time zones.
 I managed time-critical product projects in an electronic equipment manufacturing environment to
successfully launch four generations of the product family.
 As a Project Engineer I led and completed Time Critical projects by delivering Rocket engines on time
for launch to NASA; critical power generation equipment through a narrow ice-free window to Alaska;
critical equipment to the construction sites in an oil and gas production facility in Saudi Arabia.
 As a fighter Naval Aviator pilot I was assigned as a Naval Aviator of the US Navy for 2 years,
completing 1.7 years of service in a time of war, as a Vietnam Veteran.

President/Senior Consultant - MSN Group, Inc: Change management and strategic Business
Development consulting practice specializing in organizational development, business process
reengineering, change management, project management, IT infrastructure solutions, and automating
business processes.
Senior Consultant/Robert Half International: Business analyst and project manager. Performed root
cause analysis of a system problem resulting in a $1.5M inventory loss, isolated the problem, proposed the
solution and led the team to upgrade the 4 systems involved resolving the problem by integrating the
cannery site with the home office systems correctly. Sold 3 adds ons to the original project.
CEO/President- Shepherd Systems Inc: Acquisition and reorganization of a technology business on
behave of new owners. Hands on management of operations as CEO for the turnaround phase.
Negotiated purchase, performed due diligence and acquired the company then relocated it to another
state. Completed development of a video recording and transmission system to provide security of ATMS
for banks then launched the product.
VP Marketing- Scantronic Ltd: Vice President of Marketing and Sales World Wide for an International
Manufacturer based at their California operation. Selected the relationships and companies to represent
their products around the world and established, then managed, a stable distribution network for 8 years
that grew into 34 countries. This generated consistent growth of over 26% per year and revenue in excess
of $50M.
Quality Control/Automation Business Manager Radionics: While working for an electronic equipment
manufacturer led and managed a major change management cycle when the company was acquired by a
UK company. Completed software development of a real time signal handling package, managed the Beta
test site and launched the product.
Operations Manager Honeywell: As operations manager led and completed a successful change
management transition of the operating services company into the Honeywell business style and their by
the Numbers management process. Trained and mentored the team in the transition while increasing
revenue and retaining 98.7 % of existing accounts.
Test Engineer Aerojet: As test engineer I managed the Altitude Test facility. Planned and executed live
rocket engine tests for NASA and the Air Force. Completed the qualification testing of the OMS engine
system for the Space shuttle and delivered engine 103 and 104 for the space shuttle Challenger.
Project Engineer: As the project engineer of the heavy lift group we went aboard ocean going vessels
and received then transported prefabricated components of the refinery weighing from 50 to 800 tons.
Project Engineer: As the project engineer on 2 phases of the Power generating station that was to power
the head end pumping facility at Prudhoe Bay for the Alaska Pipeline we built the power stations in
modules, Loaded them on barges and took them to Prudhoe Bay where they were assembled and
commissioned into service.
